I'm all for cutting expenses. Personally, I think that every department head should be called to the White House on day 1. "OK, sir/madam secretary, you have 10 days. I want a budget for your department, line item by line item. I could not care less how much money you spend last year. I only want the following information: 1. How much money are you requesting for each essential function, and what numbers is your request based upon. Also, I need to know what provision of the Constitution authorizes the requested fudns. 2. If you are asking for any funds that are not essential to the core purpose of your Department, why are you asking for those funds? 3. If you ask for any funds for any personnel that during a time of crisis have been determined to be "non-essential," eliminate them from your budget from the get go." I'll see you in ten days. if you have not accomplished this task, I will remove you and appoint someone who can get the job done. Thanks, and have a nice day."
I think the important thing is what we have an election whose results we can trust. My biggest issue with the absentee ballots was that no matter who won, people would find the results untrustworthy, and this really undermines the whole democratic process. At least look into the irregularities. But no, the media has already coronated Biden as the winner.
Spoke with a former student of mine that is fairly high up in local police dept. They are already preparing contingency plans for riots on a "biblical proportion", as he put it, should the result of the recount put Trump in the lead.
The strange things that happen when your political philosophy forces a moral framework. You'd think the Left would have figured it out by now.
Bigot how dare you used the word “moral” you are obviously not woke enough to understand the truthiness of my truth
Even the rioters are demanding a recount now, it would appear... https://babylonbee.com/news/rioters-demand-a-recount
It would be great if Trump were to identify as female before leaving office. I wonder if the Democrats would then hail him - sorry, her - as the first woman president.
GIven how often we're told how dangerous the far-right groups are, I wonder why nobody seems concerned about them rioting following a Biden win. The companies boarding up in the inner cities presumably aren't afraid of militia groups coming down out of the mountains if Biden wins. Surely the fear isn't about violence from the party of love, tolerance and inclusivity?
haven't seen that one. On another front, you need to read the actual filed lawsuit and the attached affidavits in the Great Lacks Justice Center's lawsuit in Wayne County (Detroit) Michigan. Entertaining, at the least. Chilling, if true. Linky linky... https://greatlakesjc.org/cases/costantino_v_detroit/
I hope they are ready to put it back up again in a hurry, if the party of inclusivity and tolerance does end up losing. It seems unlikely from here but you never know. I'm no expert on how elections play out if votes are challenged but from what I can see there are a couple of possible paths to Trump getting another term.
No proof, No PrOoF, nO pRoOf, No PrOoF!!!!! At least, that's what they keep screaming over here. Russia in 2016, Russia in the Brexit vote. Funny.
What you believe and what you can prove are two different things. That's why we have courts. I am like, one degree of separation from Doug Collins, who will be helping coordinate the Trump litigation here in Georgia. I'm but a lowly and unworthy peon, but I would love to be on that litigation team!
