Absolutely. The blankness doesn't occur until exposure to pop culture and governmental indoctrination camps. No one ever had to teach a child how to imagine.
Suppose - A cruise ship hits a rock and sinks, only survivors are a boy and a girl both 6 years old (both from atheist parents) and they land on an uninhabited island that provides them to survive. They grow up, have children, etc. Will they develop a moral compass, know (learn) the difference between good and evil, know (realize) there is a Creator? I think all questions are a "yes".
