Sounds like this insurance company employs a lot of mentally challenged individuals. Maybe they get some sort of charity tax write off for doing so?
Possibly. But I was warned beforehand so I will work with it. I'm planning on calling tomorrow morning to be sure they are working on things. Maybe call again Tue. to see if they can estimate when I'll get the paperwork that will enable me to tell them to close the account and send me a check.
Still fighting with Ameriprise. I swear, if someone went over there and shot them it would be classified justifiable homicide.
Watching an episode of the new MacGyver, and a short riff of Iron Maiden's 'Mother Russia' comes on. I think I'm gonna like this series. ;.;.
Saw one episode. Think I would enjoy it if I could see it. TV cutting out. Need a new adapter I think.
Hopefully this time they get the science better. One episode showed McGyver pouring salt water down the coin slot to get a fee call (emergency). That only makes it so you can't use coins and doesn't get free anything. Just ruins the machine. People still try it.
Yeah, lots of tv shows and movies have science that really isn't accurate. But, it makes things entertaining.
At the point I quit, 1/2-3/4 pack a day. A few years back, when I had a psycho for a gf, 1 1/2-2 a day was normal.
Things are looking up. Called Ameriprise yesterday, the financial institution that I have been going round and round with. They have the form I sent them. (Knew they had received it but when my sister sent in hers they couldn't find it, in spite of the fact that they had proof that it had been sent). Not only do they have my form, they are processing it, and should have it done by Friday.
So my employers are now trying to make me into an actual teacher. We've got a maternity leave that needs to start sooner than expected, and there have been no serious applications. The joys of a small northern town.
