Thanks Dani. Good information to know. I picked up some chamomile tea today (in this case flavoried with apple). Haven't decided when to try it but I did check it out and it said that it was 100% chamomile with apple flavor. Now if I can find the cup I was planning on using (almost all my cups are mugs and I want one that has a lid so I can take it into the bedroom).
It's a holiday here. Just got in from 9 holes, and now to see if I can plough through the remaining 200 pages of 'Kierkegaard's Thought'.
Good luck Kierk. I remember wading through Kierkegaard in seminary. Not to bad. Not nearly as bad as Moltman (I had to wade through his preface to one of his books 5 times before I got my mind around what he was saying. Much preferred Barth and Bonheoffer.
I had to read some in about 2 dozen theologians back in those days and then write a small paper about them. My wife got tired of typing Kierkegaard's name. This was back in the days when Word Processing was in it's infancy.
Actually I just used the last name but that was enough. We did make it a bit easier. We were using the universities computer (this was before PC's were prevalent and my wife worked for the university the seminary was attached to). It did have an early word processing program so we were able to abbreviate and then go back and change them but still a pain.
Still looking for some work. Our industry is just brutal right now. And a tailings facility dam at a mine in BC that was breached yesterday is not going to help much.
With your partner you are building a bridge, hence the name of the game, in the meantime destroying the bridge the opponent is trying to build, so the answer is both. One of the nice things of bridge is you can blame your partner for the mistakes you make 8)
That is the joy of team games: you are always responsible for winning, but never for losing. I just canceled my phone and internet packages. Insurance will be tomorrow. When I was on hold with my mobile provider, they were playing the song 'Madness', by Muse. Part of the lyrics go: 'Now I have finally seen the light'. Quite fitting if you ask me.
I much prefer their earlier stuff (up to and including Absolution), but their more recent stuff is alright. That piano riff in 'Sunburn...'
It should be in interesting weekend at the very least. 2 hurricanes are headed our way. Iselle, which just restrengthened to a Cat. 1 storm is expected to make landfall just south of Hilo (where I'm at) tomorrow afternoon as a Tropical Storm. Hurricane Julio, currently a Cat. 1 (IIRC) is expected to have some impact on the state on Saturday. Oh boy....
I've probably heard a song or two from them on the radio, mainly because I remember hearing their name being mentioned on the radio numbers of times. My first "exposure" to them was when I watched their concert at Austin, TX on youtube. I'm not totally up to snuff on their songs, but very impressed with what I've heard. My friend and I (in my current band) are kinda looking at what kind of ideas we can steal from them. lol
