That was east Carolina redneck!!!!!

 

LOL. Yeah that's true. Sometimes I felt bad when I'd kept saying, What?

 

Amen to that...

I believe it was.

 

Years ago, when I worked at a warehouse, a trucker from Louisiana brought in a load and I honestly only understood a third of what he was saying.

 

Not to be confused with Tennessee Redneck of course.

 

We've got our own rednecks up this way too, eh?

After watching Blue Collar TV, I realized that I'm redneck and didn't know it.

 

I don't know about redneck, but you do have a great accent.

 

I've been told I have a Chicago accent. I didn't know there was such a thing.

 

Indeed there is my friend.

 

Last year our school hired a young lady from west Texas. I was surprised at the lack of a strong accent, although we stilll here the typical American "y'all" once in a while.

 

Y'all is one of those words I hear almost anywhere.

 

Except north of the border. It's a definite Americanism.

 

There ain't no north. It's all south of Canada!

 

Well, I'll have to check on Alaska. We're heading there in about a week and a half.

 

You can see Russia from there.

 

When my wife and I went to Alaska on our honeymoon cruse we panned for gold, among other things. I danced with some Native Americans as well. Great time.
