Post lunch post. I like this paleo/ Keto thing, if I can be disciplined enough to keep at it. I know I feel better when I kill the carbs. Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2.5 ounces of yummy bacon. That will keep me going until dinner, which is about 4-6 ounces of ribeye and a nice salad.
My wife lost 100 pounds on keto. I lost 34 pounds doing a cheating version. Put 18 back on. I like junk. Need to stop it.
