Fruits and vegetables

  1. Do you include fruits and vegetables in your daily diet? How often would you say you eat raw vegetables and fruits, and which ones are your favorite? :confused:

    Daily
    Mostly greens and low carb veggies

    Almost no fruit, except in very small quantities

    Love veggies- I usually cook them if not in a salad. I have to force myself to eat fruit for some reason. I have some Cara Cara oranges and a couple Honey Crisp apples in the fruit dish right now. I do like tomatoes and avocados best.

    Artichokes, Asparagus, peppers, cauliflower, zucchini, edamame, leafy greens, eggplant-- I could go on...

    Don't care for fruit either, but down a couple bowls of mixed weekly - bananas almost daily. Favorite fruit is strawberry preserves with peanut butter.:rolleyes:
    Mixed veggies daily.

    Anything with peanut butter on it makes it a vegetable

    Yes. Everyday. Or at least every weekday.
    Broccoli
    Brussels Sprouts
    Carrots
    Cauliflower
    Bananas
    Apples
    Strawberries

    Usually a variety of raw veggies with dinner: carrots, snap peas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Sometimes green beans (boiled), maybe asparagus, but rarely.
    Fruits? I should eat more, but I'll usually grab and apple, orange or banana for my lunch.
