    Having lost his spleen in a crane mishap a few years ago, he was diagnosed today with stage 4 kidney cancer. Family wants to send him to Mayo.

    EDIT: He is being set up with the cancer center in Phoenix.

    Having responded well to radiation, Jon returns home from Phoenix for 8 weeks, postponing Alopurinol meds, his vitals and labs are so good. He had procedure on his spine a week ago.
