I understand this to mean that just because I am a Christian that does not mean climbing up on top of a building that I am prohibited by law to be on top of to preach the Gospel over a loud speaker to the people in the street is the right thing to do.

God is perfect in truth, justice, wisdom, mercy, etc. God determined that governing authorities in general were needed, thus they were set in motion.
He is the only authority that is perfect.
Those in positions of authority will not always be just or truthful, wise or merciful-- or will they always have obtained their authority in a just or honest manner.

If God commanded us to be in top of buildings proclaiming the gospel from a loudspeaker, we must obey God over men. But that isn’t a command. So I agree with you. Preach the gospel tactfully and legally if possible. If it’s all illegal, that’s why we are to be part of a body so we can figure it out together how to illegally proceed.

    Hehehe...
It would be unjust to prohibit the preaching of The Gospel. A Government could do this, but it would not be a just Government, and we can see this in many World Governments today--
If and when this happens, of course there are some illegal goings on.

I really think the scripture is speaking to being reasonable and giving each it's due respect?
(This would be before preaching The Gospel was forbidden?)
