Went to a home and garden show yesterday. There was a candy maker there that had panuchi. Haven't had any since Caroline went into the nursing home (she used to make it, with my help.) For some reason candy makers don't make it.
Did you remember using walnut"s or pecan's in the recipe at all? It is a really buttery and creamy treat. It has probably been taken over by chocolate fudge in "fashion".
I can't remember for sure. It's been so long. I don't remember her using nuts at all. (The batch I bought Friday didn't have any.) If she did it was probably walnuts. Personally I'm not fond of either.
Aren’t golf carts powered electrically? I didn’t think they used gas. Shows how often I golf that I even have to ask.
Used to have a Harley Davidson gas-powered golf cart. I rebuilt and customized golf carts in Memphis, late 70's. Used my Harley to rip back & forth in the plant - specially at food truck time.
