We host Thanksgiving and Christmas every year at our house, and this year is no different. As far as work goes ... I get Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day off. Yippee.
Occasionally! Hiring good talent is expensive and usually takes 3-5 years to turn a good profit..and if work, flow, slows, you end up paying to have talent essentially sitting n the bench. The billable hourmis a cruel mistress
We had a Pre-Thanksgiving Friendsgiving Dinner last night at our Friday Small Group. Wow. The corn casserole and the extra cheesy Mac n Cheese were absolutely delicious.
That sounds insanely good! I am going to make corn casserole ( as close to family recipe as I can get since I do not have my grandmother's recipe) and somehow figure out how to travel 2 1/2 hours with it. I think I will also make Hungarian cucumber salad because that is my heritage and it is rare to see any leafy salad at thanksgiving dinner? I don't know if anyone will like it. It will be easier to keep that cold than keep the casserole warm.
