    Guilty or not?

From here I can't make any sense of what's true and what not.

I don’t want him to be guilty. I’ve always emjoyed his clean comedy. It’s hard to really think he’s innocent at this point.

The idea of an "impartial trial by your peers" in this heated "he looked at me he has a penis he is therefore is a pervert I am woman hear me roar" media circus is the biggest joke of all.

I can’t help but wonder how many are real and how many are piling on the bandwagon.

And how many are manufactured by Gloria Alred.

Much of it reminds me about the accusations against Michael Jackson, the media hype but no conviction.

Bill Cosby is, or was, an excellent comedian. That's who I know.beyond that, I'll let the courts sort it out.

    Dani You're probably fine.

I don't know if he's guilty or not, but if he is I hope they lock him up and throw the key away. There's never an excuse for sexual assault. Ever.

Money and celebrity usually = to less punishment in this country. Waiting to see if the usually happens if he is found guilty.

I think locking up 80 year old people for alleged crimes committed 40'years ago makes great sense

Or as Teddy would say, "The horse is in the barn".

Initial suit filed against Cosby was in 2005 for an assault one year earlier. He would have been 67 years old then. Not a young whipper snapper by any means.

That was a civil lawsuit, not a criminal prosecution.

Let's lock up all the 80 year old blind non-violent sinners...and then have to spend $100K a year for their health and care.

If they are convicted, then put them on house arrest and let them pay for their own incarceration.

Now that I think about it, all prisoners should have to pay or work to pay for their own upkeep.

The charges Crosby is going to court are from 2004 and it is a criminal trial. Assault is violent....confused
