I don't believe Glenn was killed in episode 3, do you? In that clever scene, the walkers are actually eviscerating Nicholas who lies on top of Glenn after committing suicide.

Re: "TWD" Season 6 I can't see how he survives. It was right by a dumpster. He could have crawled under. However, zombies crawl under things (tanks and trucks) to get at people. There were so many zombies there it's not as if they'd all be glutted on Nicholas. I can't fathom even if he snuck under the dumpster how he could possibly survive the scene. But it's tv. Who knows?
"TWD" Season 6 It wouldn't be the first time Glenn avoids walkers by being covered in someone else's blood. Remember in the first season. Him and Rick walking right by walkers and they were undetectable while covered in walker blood.
