I hate the devil. I know the words to use to describe him, and they are mostly accurate, but civility and the rules of the forum prevent their use here, but I promise you I am thinking them loud enough. Please pray for Amanda. She's my partner's 17 year old daughter. Great kid. Great faith. Mission trips every year. Just a fantastic Christian kid. Her best friend committed suicide today, and Amanda is taking it really hard. She's in the "It's my fault because I should have seen it coming and done something about it" mode right now. Pray for Amanda's Mom and Dad (my partner), too. Mom is a believer (as is the other child, an older son) but Dad is not (nominal Jewish). Alan coached the suicide teen on Amanda's softball team. Did I mention what I think of Satan? Close your eyes and I'm sure you can hear it telepathically.
