Seems almost ironic, but there is now a bit of at least a long-shot at a residence about 1,000 feet from the ocean, in the most prohibitively expensive real estate market in the country. The timing and location would be uncannily ideal for me as I do a great deal of work in the Bay Area. My advantage is a long- term relationship with the owner and the bankrupcy and legal issues of previous, would-be buyers. It would be mutually advantageous for my friend and I if I could secure or lease the property. If you think to pray, it would be appreciated.
