no matter how good the soap smells,
    DO NOT
sniff your fingers when coming out of a public restroom.

Is being a man and washing hands an opposite thing or what?

You might be surprised (maybe not) at how many men do not wash there hands after using the facilities.
So if I see a guy coming out of a restroom sniffing his fingers...
One can only imagine what it is he's smelling.

Not only do I wash my hands Scooby, I use the paper towel to open the door after to not contaminate my hands from those who DON'T wash their hands.

I do the same thing. I’m amazed at work how many don’t wash their hands. I use that paper towel on every door till I’m at my destination.

One day at the Pentagon, a brand new Marine Corp second lieutenant was in the head using the facilities when a four star Air Force General walked in and did the same.

As the Marine butterbar started to exit, the Air Force general shouted "Attention." The Marine snapped to.

"Son," said the general, "don't they teach you people in the Marine Corp to wash your hands before you leave the latrine."
"Sir," said the Marine. "They teach us not to pee on our hands."

I'm with TrustG...I am amazed at the lack of personal hygiene in all sorts of public restrooms.
