Let me chime in with a 'good news' too.

I recently got a battery of tests (new doctor) and I came back with elevated cholestorol. Not sure exactly why, but I guess I need to work on that.

 

Thanks Teddy. And make sure you take care of that. High Cholesterol is no joke. I almost lost my dad because he ignored it.

 

High cholesterol, believe it or not, is often the result of too many carbs, not too much fat.

 

It was not too ridiculously high, but still outside the range. Weird, because I don't know many in my family with any history of that. But it could simply be eating habits.
